All Washguard AC motors are wound with the new Inverter Rated Insulation System designed to withstand the highest inverter induced voltage spikes. This "no poke" system includes spike-resistant, moisture-resistant 200°C magnet wire, specially formed phase insulation, cushioned ad sleeved connections from the leads all the way into the turns, and deep-penetrating, non-hygroscopic, high temperature varnish. All motors have 1.15 SF or greater, Class F insulation, and torques exceeding NEMA performance standards.
